NEC Software Solutions is seeking a candidate to join the Revenue Assurance Team in Hemel Hempstead. You will support contract renewals, coordinate with Finance and Operations, and liaise with Account Management and customers to ensure timely, accurate renewals.

This role involves handling negotiations and maintaining clear documentation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contributing to central revenue assurance processes and driving customer retention within NEC products and

Qualifications

• Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good knowledge of Local Authority / Public Services approval processes.
• Working knowledge of contract law.
• Understanding of Local Government / Public Services environment and its drivers.
• Ability to gather information from high-level managers and senior officers.

Responsabilités

• Support the Head of Business Operations and Finance leadership.
• Manage and support customer contract renewal processes.
• Liaise with Account Management on upcoming renewals.
• Negotiate contract terms and follow through to completion.
• Maintain forecasting of upcoming renewals in the NEC CRM.
• Prepare and present contract overview documentation.
