Job summary

Morgan Ryder Associates Ltd. is seeking a proactive Purchase Co-ordinator to join our expanding European supply planning team. This 12-month FTC role focuses on moving from transactional purchasing to strategic planning, owning PO activity, supplier commitments and delivery schedules.

You will review demand, plan supplier requirements and help ensure product availability while collaborating with teams across Europe. Friday remote work and flexible team arrangements support balance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, supply planning, materials management or a related supply chain role.
• Experience managing purchase orders, supplier commitments and delivery schedules.
• Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with data and identifying potential risks.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership, anticipate challenges and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in developing broader supply planning expertise and progressing your career within the supply chain function.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day purchasing activities, including managing purchase orders, supplier confirmations, delivery dates and resolving supply issues.
• Review future demand, plan supplier requirements, identify potential supply constraints and ensure product availability meets business needs.
• Work with supply planning data and systems to improve planning processes and support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues across multiple European locations.
