Job summary

Health Partners are seeking a highly organised Resource Planner to join our team, responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery on a national scale by optimising resource allocation. You will plan site visits, coordinate schedules, allocate resources via our scheduling portal, and provide excellent customer support via phone and email.

This full-time remote role requires GDPR compliance, strong organisation, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with IT systems including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Office 365; advantage from occupational health experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site visits and schedules on a national scale.
• Allocate resources (people and equipment) within the scheduling portal.
• Support customers via phone and email with visit planning.
