Job summary

Computacenter UK is hiring a Resource Management Business Partner to lead demand forecasting and resourcing across GPS. You will partner with the UK business to source the right skills through onshore, offshore, and external partners to meet customer requirements and drive commercial outcomes.

The role focuses on governance of RM processes, leadership of a team, and delivering an efficient resourcing service while aligning with business strategy and growth plans in a dynamic technology

Qualifications

• Background in IT resource management or recruitment with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to read situations, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable using data to drive insights and actions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage resource requests to route demand through effective delivery models.
• Build teams using onshore/offshore/nearshore, contractors and external partners to meet client needs.
• Own supply vs. demand forecasting to optimise utilisation and reduce non-productive time.
• Design, develop, and govern resource management processes for an agile resourcing service.
• Lead and coach direct reports and drive continuous improvement within GPS RM.
