Methods in London seeks a proactive Resource Manager to optimise consultant utilization, forecast availability, and align resources with project needs. You will work closely with Sales, Bid Teams and Recruitment to understand demand and develop staffing plans that support delivery and consultant growth.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ITES consultancy environment.

• Support the Presentation of Consultant Skills: maintain strong internal/external presentation.
• Support Recruitment Planning: monitor demand to maintain talent flow.
• Monitor Project Opportunities: stay informed about upcoming opportunities.
• Analyze Project Closures: analyse completions to forecast availability.
• Create efficient communication: align consultant availability with opportunities.
• Work Closely with Sales, Bid Teams, CC Managers and Recruitment: collaborate on demand.
