Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in the UK seeks a Lead HR Business Partner to partner with senior executives, shaping people strategies that enable performance, transformation and growth across an international Managed Services business unit.

You will lead HR leadership, coach teams, and drive cross-country initiatives, aligning people priorities with business strategy through data-driven decisions and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience within IT or tech-enabled services.
• Experience across international markets and multiple business units.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into people priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proven track record of leading HR teams and delivering change.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives and shape people strategies.
• Lead, develop and coach HR Business Partners and HR Managers.
• Oversee global HR programmes from inception to delivery.
• Partner with leaders on operating model decisions including offshore/nearshore.
• Drive data-driven decisions using insights to measure impact.
