Valor Hotels is seeking a Reservations and Events Manager to join the Holiday Inn London - Gatwick Airport team. You will focus on maximizing enquiry conversion, handling reservations end-to-end and delivering standout events for clients.

In this role you will implement pricing strategies, monitor market data and competitor activity, lead a small team, and ensure all processes comply with company policies and safety requirements while maintaining exceptional levels of service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reservations, events management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Ability to analyze market data and competitor information.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all bookings are accurate by following company processes.
• Operate reservation systems to required brand standards.
• Implement pricing and selling strategies to meet budgets.
• Monitor competitor information to gather insights.
• Conduct show rounds to highlight hotel features for clients.
• Assess new enquiries using total revenue, lifetime value, and market data.
