Job summary

Okta Inc. is seeking a strategic analytics professional to own forecasting, capacity and retention planning, and performance measurement for the Renewals organization.

You will build scalable, trusted reporting systems and partner with leadership to drive incentives and accountability. You will direct AI-enabled analyses and ensure data quality, while guiding cross-functional teams to improve product depth adoption and renewal success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operational analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations.
• Experience supporting GTM, sales, CS or post-sales functions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial and business metrics.
• Ability to design and own recurring processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and quarterly forecast process end to end.
• Develop and scale forecasting models and tracking.
• Lead capacity and retention planning with visibility into health metrics.
• Automate reporting and enable self-service insights across teams.
