Job summary

Confirm is hiring a Revenue Analytics Engineer to own end-to-end reporting for existing business, including retention metrics and health signals across the installed base.

You will build dashboards, analyze churn risk, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive data-informed decisions. Experience with Salesforce, SQL and BI tools is essential, and the role reports to the VP Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue or commercial analytics for B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with subscription revenue metrics and the ability to explain GRR, NRR and renewal rate clearly.
• Strong command of a CRM as an analytical source (ideally Salesforce); SQL and warehouse experience are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting for existing business, including gross and net revenue retention, renewal rate and revenue retention performance against plan.
• Build and maintain customer health and risk reporting to flag accounts at risk early.
• Analyze whitespace and cross-sell opportunities across the installed base for Customer Success and Account Management.
• Define and govern retention and expansion KPIs and their logic for consistent interpretation.
• Analyze unit economics of the installed base, including cohort performance, lifetime value and payback on expansion and retention.
• Design and measure retention and expansion experiments; interpret results and advise on scaling.
• Own compensation administration for the customer-facing population against the shared plan mechanics.
• Collaborate with leadership as their named analyst and contribute retention inputs to forecast cadence and monthly commercial pack.
• Coordinate retention reporting needs with the warehouse and the Commercial Analytics Engineer.
• Provide churn risk scoring, expansion propensity and white space model outputs to the GTM Engineer.
