Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR/Training team in the UK. You will partner with stakeholders, own recruitment from brief to offer and onboarding, and proactively source and headhunt to build strong talent pipelines.

This fast-paced, autonomous role requires managing multiple vacancies, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and contributing to our talent strategy and employer brand across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment
• Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
• Confident building relationships with and influencing stakeholders at different levels
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially aware, with the ability to advise hiring managers
• Strong communication, organisation and candidate management skills
• Proactive, quality-focused approach delivering excellent recruitment experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from role briefing through to interview, offer and onboarding
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using multiple channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles
• Advise on recruitment strategy, candidate attraction, market conditions and salary expectations
• Prioritise vacancies across stakeholder areas and balance urgent needs with long-term talent
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear, engaging communication
• Use recruitment data and market insight to identify trends and opportunities
• Support development of Talent Strategy, Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition
• Collaborate with wider HR to ensure smooth candidate-to-new-starter transition
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems
