Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture team during a period of growth. You will partner with Principals and campus leaders across regions, delivering expert HR support, coaching, and guidance while shaping positive workplace cultures across campuses.

The role is hybrid with regular campus visits and remote work, supporting campuses in Oswestry, Northampton, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
• Experience supporting multiple sites, regions or locations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Coaching and developing leaders to strengthen people management capability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Principals and campus leadership teams to provide expert HR support.
• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters (discipline, grievance, absence, performance).
• Coach leaders to strengthen people management capability.
• Support organisational change, restructures and transformation projects.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives.
