Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking an experienced Regional HR Partner to support Sutton and Outer London schools. You will provide expert employment-law guidance, manage complex employee relations, and work with senior leaders to shape effective people practices across multiple sites.

You’ll partner with Headteachers, HR Leads and the central team, driving workforce planning, recruitment and organisational change while ensuring compliant, practical solutions for a growing trust.

Formación

• Substantial experience in a senior or generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and its application to complex cases.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change.
• Coaching and supporting managers to develop people management skills.
• Driving licence and access to a car for regular travel to GLT schools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert HR advice on employment law, ER and people management.
• Manage complex casework including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, restructures, redundancy and TUPE.
• Advise Headteachers on recruitment, workforce planning and effective recruitment and selection.
• Lead and support formal HR meetings and build manager confidence and capability.
• Line manage School HR Leads and support their development.
• Support integration of new schools into GLT, including HR due diligence and TUPE.
• Collaborate on HR projects, policies, reporting and workforce data.
