Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Partner to provide operational HR support across our South East region and to collaborate with Regional HR Partners on employee relations, compliance and Trust-wide projects.
You will cover schools during absences, handle complex casework, and ensure consistent HR processes across different environments with a focus on confidentiality and high standards of practice.

This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real difference across our schools. You will provide operational HR support when schools need additional capacity, while also working alongside our Regional HR Partners on employee relations, compliance, assurance and Trust-wide projects.
You will help ensure our schools receive a consistent, high-quality HR service, supporting colleagues and leaders to navigate complex people matters confidently and effectively.
As an Assistant HR Partner, you will have two key areas of focus. You will provide operational HR cover within schools during periods of absence or increased demand, while supporting our Regional HR Partners with the delivery of the Trust's People Strategy.
You will work across different school environments, providing professional HR advice, supporting complex casework and investigations, maintaining high standards of compliance and helping schools apply HR processes consistently.
