Job summary

Panoramic Associates Ltd is sourcing an HR People Partner for a multi-academy trust. The role delivers strategic HR guidance to school leaders, handles complex employee relations, supports organisational change, and drives workforce development across the trust’s schools.

You will partner with Headteachers and senior managers, ensuring compliant, practical guidance while promoting wellbeing, inclusion and continuous improvement in a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex employee relations casework.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge and good understanding of UK employment law.
• Proven ability to build credible relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employee relations and people management across schools.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and investigation processes.
• Support leaders to build confidence and capability in people management.
• Lead wellbeing, engagement and workforce development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are legally compliant and aligned to best practices.
• Support recruitment, talent management and succession planning across the trust.
• Use people data to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
