North East Learning Trust is expanding its HR Manager team to deliver a high-quality HR service across its 15 academies and 1,400 staff. As HR Manager, you will act as the named adviser for a portfolio of schools, handling complex employee relations, attendance, capability, disciplinary and safeguarding matters with sound judgement.

Formación

• Broad HR generalist experience across schools.
• Experience handling attendance, capability, disciplinary and safeguarding employment matters.
• Ability to lead policy and process improvement projects.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the named HR adviser for a dedicated portfolio of schools.
• Lead a substantial and varied caseload.
• Contribute to and lead Trust-wide policy and process-improvement projects, including iTrent implementation.
• Support schools to deliver recruitment and other people processes effectively, with a flexible approach and travel when required.
