Southern Health and Social Care Trust in Portadown, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to oversee a busy Recruitment & Selection function within Health and Social Care.

You will manage KPI/SLA targets, coordinate team workloads, deliver end-to-end recruitment, and provide HR guidance on workforce planning and employee relations. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with experience and rate to be confirmed.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Experience of recruitment within a large organisation.
• Experience in leading a team and managing performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Recruitment & Selection services to meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Coordinate workloads across direct reports and other Team Leaders.
• Provide advice on HR issues including workforce planning.
• Develop and implement improvements to R&S processes and technology.
• Produce regular reporting and dashboards with accurate data.
• Ensure equality monitoring and fair recruitment practices.
• Support training and development of team members.
