Job summary

Cpl Group is partnering with a market-leading organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager to deliver a comprehensive HR service across a dynamic team in Portadown, Northern Ireland. The role covers workforce planning, employee engagement and a wide range of HR activities in a project-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years in HR, strong recruitment and employee relations experience, and up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience in fast-paced, project-led environments.
• Up-to-date employment legislation knowledge.
• Ability to influence managers on people matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a comprehensive HR service across the business.
• Partner with managers and project teams to support growth and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for multiple functions and projects.
• Monitor HR metrics and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
• Prepare and support annual reporting and HR projects.
