Job summary

Honeycomb Jobs Ltd is recruiting two Band 5 Team Leaders to support the Recruitment Shared Services Centre in Armagh. You will lead a team in a busy, target-driven environment and ensure workloads are prioritised to meet deadlines while delivering training for staff development.

The role requires strong leadership,excellent communication and organisational skills, with collaboration across colleagues to meet organisational objectives. Basic checks may be required.

Qualifications

• One of the following: a relevant university degree or professional qualification; and at least one year’s recruitment experience in a large multidisciplinary organisation.
• Alternatively, at least three years’ recruitment experience in a large multidisciplinary organisation.

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing a team to ensure targets and performance expectations are achieved.
• Monitoring team progress and supporting staff to deliver results within a target-driven environment.
• Coordinating workloads, prioritising tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Developing, designing and delivering training to support staff learning and development.
• Providing guidance and support to colleagues to encourage effective team performance.
• Communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support daily operations.
• Working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team to achieve service objectives.
• Supporting the effective delivery of recruitment services within a large, multidisciplinary organisation.
