Connected Health is seeking a Recruitment Executive to own the end-to-end recruitment process across Northern Ireland and beyond. You will advertise vacancies, source candidates, screen, interview and onboard new hires, ensuring the right people are aligned with our care delivery goals.

The role is fast-paced and target-driven, with opportunities to build strong relationships with hiring managers and operational teams, delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes in a growing homecare

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ recruitment experience.
• Experience working to KPIs in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Great attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment journey, from candidate attraction through to onboarding.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and operational teams.
• Create, review and advertise job descriptions and person specifications.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure candidate information is up to date.
• Work towards agreed KPIs and recruitment targets.
• Support new employees throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide administrative support where required.
• Support the ongoing growth of Connected Health across Northern Ireland and other areas as needed.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing and onboarding new starters. Working closely with hiring managers and operational teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver high-quality care in our communities.
