• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement.

• Delivering consultative, high-quality recruitment solutions.
• Leveraging KC Group's brand, client base and national framework agreements.
• Building a sustainable desk driven by repeat and retained business.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the business grows.
• Creating and executing effective business development strategies.
