• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing to placement.
• Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships in your market.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network and being their go-to contact for career moves.
• Providing high-quality, consultative recruitment solutions to clients.
• Leveraging KC Group's brand, client base and national frameworks.
• Building a desk driven by repeat, retained and relationship-led business.
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as the team grows.
