Job summary

KC Group Recruitment is expanding its Accountancy and Finance recruitment team and seeking experienced Recruitment Partners. You’ll run your own market with autonomy, supported by a trusted brand and national frameworks.

Following a highly successful year, including winning three national recruitment frameworks, KC Group is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint experienced Recruitment Partners across the following divisions:

Accountancy and Finance

We're looking for experienced recruiters who care about building relationships and take real satisfaction in getting the right person into the right role. You'll be trusted to run your own market, with the autonomy to work in the way that suits you and the backing of a business that thinks long term.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefing to successful placement
• Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships within your specialist market
• Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates, becoming their go-to contact for career moves
• Providing high-quality, consultative recruitment solutions
• Making the most of KC Group's respected brand, established client base and national frameworks
• Building a sustainable desk driven by repeat, retained and relationship-led business
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as the team grows

About you:

• Previous recruitment experience
• A proven record of billing and/or business development within an agency setting
• A consultative, relationship-led approach, with the ability to build trust with clients and candidates alike
• Commercial awareness, self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed
• Ambition and resilience, with a desire to be part of a growing business with a long-term vision
