Job summary

TECSA is seeking a data-driven Category Analyst to analyse store clusters and drive optimal range assortments across UK stores. You will leverage Blue Yonder CatMan and other tools to generate data-driven recommendations, forecasting sales and informing trading decisions with stakeholders including Traders and Directors.

You’ll translate insights into actionable strategies, collaborating with Merchandising, Space & Layout, and Customer Insight teams to deliver measurable category improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grocery retail or fast-paced retail.
• Hands-on category management experience with systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyse store clusters by category and conduct detailed range analysis.
• Develop data-driven range recommendations and sales forecasts.
• Present outputs to Traders, Senior Traders, and Trading Directors for alignment.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Space & Layout, and Insights teams to shape actions.
