Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support merchandising across stores and digital channels. You will analyse sales performance, assist with demand forecasting and manage stock intake, replenishment and allocations to optimise availability.

You will work with Merchandisers, Buyers and Designers to deliver the right products at the right time, ensuring a compelling offering and strong commercial performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or assistant merchandising or allocation within retail.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets and reports.
• Good organisational ability with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and management of product ranges and stock.
• Analyse sales performance and assist with demand forecasting.
• Manage intake, replenishment and allocations to optimise stock.
• Produce regular trading reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with buying/merchandising teams to meet deadlines and critical paths.
