Formación

• Proven experience in grocery retailing or a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hands-on experience with comprehensive category management processes and systems.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Analyse store clusters by category and generate data-driven range recommendations.
• Prepare range reviews and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Traders, Merchandising, Space & Layout, and Operations to align actions.
• Present insights with clear storytelling to influence decisions.
