Job summary

Tecsa is seeking a data-driven professional to analyse store clusters by category and lead range analysis to optimise store assortments. You will generate data-backed recommendations using Blue Yonder and other tools, and present findings to Traders and Directors to secure alignment.

You will combine commercial insights with supplier relationships and category strategy, influencing decisions through strong communication and storytelling across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical ability with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working in grocery retail or fast-paced retail environments.
• Strong storytelling to influence commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse store clusters by category and conduct range analysis.
• Produce data-driven range recommendations and sales forecasts.
• Present outputs to Traders, Senior Traders and Trading Directors for alignment.
• Collaborate with commercial, trading, and operations teams to drive category performance.
