Job summary

Tesco Technology seeks a Product Manager for the Customer Range product. You will own the vision, strategy and delivery of a critical tool shaping which products Tesco customers can buy in stores and online.

You will drive end-to-end product ownership, collaborating across Commercial, Technology, Data Science and Operations to optimise range, availability and commercial performance while simplifying decision-making at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering successful products that deliver customer and business value.
• Ability to define a product vision and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration across engineering, data science, analytics, research and design.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the vision, strategy and roadmap for Customer Range product.
• Lead data-driven improvements to product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Research and Design to deliver value.
• Balance prioritisation to support a fast-moving retail business.
• Own product performance and success metrics and iterate based on data.
