Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of claims adjusting experience across multiple lines of business.
• Strong understanding of exposures, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
• QA/audit background or quality review experience.
• Analytical ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes in complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings to leadership.
• Strategic thinking with ability to see both details and big picture; hypothesis development and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Proactive issue identification through strategic target audits across accounts, lines of business, and exposures.
• Hypothesis-driven investigations and detailed audits to validate findings.
• Strategic analysis including exposure-specific, LOB-specific, and client-specific reviews.
• Account partnership: participate in account management calls and act as a trusted quality advisor.
• Lead root cause analyses with leadership and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Follow through to ensure action plans are executed; escalate when teams don’t complete required actions.
• Collaborate with QA team and leadership to drive systemic improvements.
