Job summary

drnewitt.vincere.io is seeking an organized Purchasing Coordinator to provide operational support across supplier communications, stock coordination and customer service. You will manage inbound stock, raise purchase orders and communicate delivery updates.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong ERP familiarity, and competency in Excel and Outlook to keep records accurate and teams informed.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with ability to build effective supplier and internal relationships.
• Proactive and practical approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Experience using ERP systems for purchasing and stock coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound stock and supplier communications, including ETAs and purchase orders.
• Monitor deliveries, monitor supplier performance and escalate delays or issues.
• Act as main operational link between Purchasing and Warehouse teams for stock issues.
• Provide internal teams with updates on stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Produce monthly data and analysis related to suppliers, deliveries and stock.
