Job summary

MLL Telecom Ltd is seeking a commercially focused leader to drive the performance of strategic public sector accounts in the East Region. You will strengthen relationships, deliver exceptional service, and drive new business growth, with regular travel to customer sites and the MLL head office in Marlow as part of a hybrid working model.

The ideal candidate will have telecoms/IT and public sector experience, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex bids and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of high achievement in a target carrying role.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across public sector and private partners.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create, own and develop strategic account plans aligned to sales targets.
• Manage stakeholder engagement to align long-term business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver proposals, projects, and revenue growth.
• Maintain up-to-date records for allocated clients and opportunities in CRM.
