Job summary

MLL Telecom Ltd is seeking a Programme Manager to support successful bids for Public Sector and adjacent markets. You will own delivery engagement through to handover, ensuring adherence to bid approach and driving continuous improvement in delivery, transition and quality assurance.

You will lead on bid responses, work with Sales to define resource needs, and ensure comprehensive handovers into Delivery teams, with a focus on ensuring operational feasibility and governance across delivery

Qualifications

• Prince2 certification or equivalent
• Experience using MS Project for planning and tracking
• Proven track record as a Programme Manager
• Experience transitioning services between providers
• Strong vendor management and contract governance
• Capability in documenting processes and delivery standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the bid delivery lifecycle and artefacts.
• Lead responses for Delivery, Transition and Exit requirements within bids.
• Define and validate resource requirements using standard templates.
• Produce bid-stage risk assessments with mitigations.
• Handover from Sales to Project Delivery and Operations teams.
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure delivery aligns with bid approach.
• Support customer engagement with delivery and ops expertise.
