Job summary

Employment International is seeking a Senior Client Partner – UK Public Sector to lead a major UK Central Government account from London, operating in a hybrid model. The role carries complete commercial ownership, including P&L, revenue forecasting and profitability.

You will build and sustain high‑level relationships with senior civil servants and Directors, drive new business, manage governance, and steer bids across Cloud, Data, Digital Transformation and Managed Services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing large UK Public Sector or Central Government accounts.
• Experience at Senior client leadership levels (Client Partner / Account Director / Engagement Director).
• Demonstrable track record of growing accounts and influencing cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall commercial performance of a major UK Central Government account, including P&L, revenue forecasting, profitability and margins.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior civil servants, Directors and key government stakeholders.
• Drive account growth through new business opportunities, framework call-offs, contract extensions and competitive bids.
• Lead account strategy and identify opportunities across Cloud, Data, Digital Transformation, Application Services and Managed Services.
• Develop and execute bid and pursuit strategies with solution architects, pre-sales, pricing and delivery teams.
• Oversee account governance, service delivery performance, client satisfaction and contractual commitments.
• Drive account expansion, customer retention, renewals and long-term partnerships.
• Work within a matrix organisation to deliver business outcomes.
