The Workforce Development Trust is seeking a Senior Client Manager for the public sector based in Bristol with hybrid working. You will lead strategic accounts across health, justice, and local government, shaping client strategy and developing consultancy propositions.

You will build long-term partnerships, manage opportunities from initial insight to proposal and delivery, and travel across the UK to engage senior decision-makers with credible, commercial solutions.

• Strategic Business Development: Develop and deliver regional and sector business development plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Client Relationships & Strategic Account Leadership: Build trusted relationships across public and third sectors and engage senior decision-makers.
• Consultative Selling & Tendering: Lead end-to-end bid processes and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Innovation, Insight & Influence: Monitor workforce trends and provide forward-looking advisory input.
• General Requirements: Adhere to governance, promote the organisation, manage multiple priorities and travel UK.
