Job summary

Apolitical seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager in London to lead strategic partnerships and own day-to-day account leadership for top government and public sector partners. You will coordinate delivery across multiple teams to meet commitments and renewals.

You will manage contracts, protect scope, and drive growth while overseeing impact reporting and continuous delivery improvements. This role offers hybrid working with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder work over time.
• Ability to manage partnerships with senior-level stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
• Proven track record delivering complex contracts with clear plans and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships and own day-to-day account leadership with senior partners.
• Deliver complex contracts by turning partner needs into delivery plans and decisions.
• Protect scope and value by reshaping requests within agreed terms.
• Grow existing accounts through renewals, upsells, and referrals with senior leadership involvement.
• Evidence impact through qualitative and quantitative evaluation reporting.
• Improve delivery by feeding partner insights back into product and delivery teams.
