Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Project Office with project delivery, documentation and governance. The role covers project, operational, technical and administrative tasks to help meet timescales identified in project plans.

The successful candidate will maintain and file project documentation, liaise with Health Groups, Wards, Secretaries, Governance and Line Managers, and act as a first point of contact for enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide project, operational, technical and administrative support to the Project Office to ensure delivery of projects to timescales in the plans.
• Maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings, take minutes, and act as a point of contact for end users and stakeholders.
