Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a BANK Senior Programme Support Officer to empower the PMO in delivering major projects and work programmes aligned with strategic priorities and efficiency programmes.

You will provide admin and PMO support, maintain project documentation, coordinate boards, take minutes, and signpost templates to ensure consistent approaches across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support development and embedding PMO processes and documentation to ensure PMO effectiveness and integration within the organisation.
• Track and report on all projects/programmes using PMO systems.
• Coordinate with project leads and action owners across the portfolio of programmes and ensure adherence to governance.
• Arrange Project/Programme Boards and other work stream meetings, circulate papers, and take minutes.
