BPX Electro Mechanical Co. Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to guide strategic and operational priorities across our UK and Ireland multi-site business. You will partner with the Head of PMO to structure delivery, manage risks, and coordinate stakeholders for on-time outcomes.

The role requires strong planning, change management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced environment. We value collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting people and adoption elements of business change, including stakeholder impact assessment, communications, training and transition into business as usual.
• Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
• Experience creating and managing project plans, timelines, and governance processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capability.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and monitor performance.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the resilience and tenacity to drive actions through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of strategic and operational priorities within BPX, ensuring alignment with the wider market Value Driver Framework and our strategic objectives.
• Work closely with the Head of PMO to provide structure, coordination and execution discipline to convert plans into measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor progress against key objectives, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure deliverables are delivered on time and to the required standard.
• Keep delivery connected to business, market and customer priorities across a decentralised, multi-site organisation.
