Job summary

PIB Group, a fast-growing UK insurance business, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across business and IT transformations. You will define scope, build plans, draft business cases, and manage risks, issues and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will mentor teams, maintain PM templates, and ensure governance aligns with UC Transformation and Central Change. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in financial services or insurance environments.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive governance.
• Strong risk management and change control capabilities.
• Mentor and develop team members while delivering PM templates and processes.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and ensure deliverables meet business requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plan from initiation to close.
• Draft business cases for projects you manage.
• Proactively manage issues to keep schedule and budget.
• Deliver change and configuration management through change control.
• Identify, evaluate, and document delivery risks.
• Prioritise stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, at all levels.
• Lead development/maintenance of PM processes and templates within governance.
• Deliver standard artefacts (RAID logs, plans, action logs, impact assessments).
• Manage projects across business and IT environments end-to-end.
