Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project and Programme Managers, coordinating activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation and managing stakeholders. The role may include small change projects within the wider change portfolio, contributing to successful delivery.

You will develop, maintain and track plans, coordinate stakeholder engagement, assist with risk/change management, and produce governance artefacts to support decision-making and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within a structured PM environment (planning, reporting, governance).
• Ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies and coordinate stakeholders.
• Experience producing clear project reports, plans, and governance artefacts.
• Proven ability to deliver outputs within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Experience leading small projects or work packages.

Responsibilities

• Support in development, maintenance and tracking of project/workstream plans to ensure delivery against objectives and governance requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, maintain relationships and manage communications.
• Assist with project risk, issue, dependency and change management, identifying mitigations.
• Produce and maintain project documents, reports, presentations, budgets, and resource plans.
• Support assurance and governance activities, ensuring compliance with PM frameworks and reporting.
• Contribute to benefits realisation through baseline assessments and performance tracking.
• Lead small-scale projects or work packages independently within constraints.
