Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project and Programme Managers during a period of transformation. The role is hybrid with two on-site days per week at the Nottingham office.

The starting salary is £37,502, rising to £41,669 over three years. You will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation and manage stakeholders to deliver on objectives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within a structured project management environment with planning and governance.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage priorities and documents.
• Effective stakeholder management and clear status reporting across audiences.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies including PRINCE2, Agile, MSP and related governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance and tracking of project/workstream plans.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and manage communications.
• Assist with risk, issue, dependency and change management processes.
• Produce project documentation, reports, budgets, and governance artefacts.
• Support governance activities and benefits realisation workstreams.
• Lead small projects or work packages, coordinating resources and outputs.
