Job summary

Xpertise Recruitment is seeking an organised Project Coordinator in Sheffield, operating in a hybrid pattern with two days on site. You will assist Project Managers, maintain governance, and support the delivery of strategic transformation programmes.

The role focuses on coordinating multiple projects, reporting, and adopting new AI-enabled tools. Key duties include planning, meeting organisation, risk and issue tracking, and stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, and status reports.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions to completion.
• Produce project updates and governance documentation for stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and governance standards.
• Assist with adoption of new technology, automation tools, and AI-enabled processes.
