Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive large transformation programmes and complex projects using agile and waterfall approaches. You will guide technology, processes and culture changes to deliver outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners, and ensure benefits realization while working in a hybrid setup with two days on site in Nottingham.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience managing diverse delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery of large transformational programmes with budgets up to £3m.
• Ensures end-user adoption and successful change outcomes.
• Delivers key strategic outcomes for assigned projects.
• Monitors progress of work-packages, surfaces capacity and resourcing issues.
• Delivers projects within time, cost and quality constraints with business owners.
• Collaborates with NHS Supply Chain service providers to meet strategic objectives.
