Job summary

Loop Recruitment is partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation in Manchester to hire an experienced Business Change Manager. In a large-scale transformation, you will drive organisational change across programmes and critical initiatives, helping teams adapt to new ways of working.

You will work with senior stakeholders, technology, and operations to embed change in a structured, sustainable way, with a people-first approach and measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change within large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business transformation programmes.
• Ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience developing communications, readiness, and training strategies.
• Knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
• Experience within Financial Services or Insurance environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead change activity across complex transformation programmes.
• Develop and deliver change plans across communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption.
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and programme leadership.
• Support organisations through process, technology, and operational change.
• Drive engagement and help teams successfully adopt new ways of working.
• Monitor change effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
• Contribute to the development of change frameworks, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
