Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Programme Planning & Enablement Manager to lead the Project Management team supporting one of our key regulatory programmes. The role sits within Motor Resolutions and focuses on planning, governance, and delivery across the motor redress scheme and related regulatory changes.

You will lead, mentor, and build a team of Project Managers, driving governance, insights, and continuous improvement with responsible AI usage to increase pace, quality, and control.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience mentoring and developing project or delivery professionals.
• Strong programme planning and delivery leadership across a complex portfolio.
• Ability to influence senior collaborators and craft high-quality Board and executive papers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Direction: Own the programme planning approach and coordinated plan, translating priorities into outcomes and resource needs.
• Delivery Leadership: Guide the project management team to meet regulatory obligations and keep delivery on track.
• Change Impact & Readiness: Oversee change impacts and readiness before implementation.
