Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Programme Planning & Enablement Manager to lead the Project Management team within the Motor Resolutions function. You will shape planning, governance, and delivery across a key regulatory initiative to achieve fair customer and colleague outcomes.

The role combines strategic leadership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid working pattern and a strong focus on speed, quality, and control of complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project management in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and manage the critical path.
• Strong governance, risk, and assurance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Direction: Own the programme plan and align workstreams with priorities.
• Delivery Leadership: Lead the PM team to meet regulatory obligations and adapt when needed.
• Change Impact & Readiness: Oversee change impacts and readiness across the programme.
• Senior Collaborator Leadership: Build relationships with senior leaders and partners across functions.
• Executive Communications & Insight: Deliver clear reporting for executive and governance forums.
• Lead, guide, and nurture the project team to maintain accountability and performance.
• Risk, Dependency & Issue Management: Identify risks and drive ownership and recovery actions.
• Governance & Assurance: Ensure quality of planning and delivery governance with evidence-based decisions.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Promote improvements in planning, governance, and workflows.
