Job summary

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of improvement projects across the East Midlands regional network. You will drive service development and governance in alignment with the EMAP strategy and national guidance.

The role is primarily office-based with occasional travel; you will collaborate with senior leaders, manage dependencies, and deliver tangible improvements in patient care and efficiency within the LINCOLNSHIRE health system.

Qualifications

• Educated to Master level or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Highly developed specialist knowledge in programme development / management.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince 2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programmes and projects with dependencies and links to annual plan / strategic objectives.
• Lead negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills to drive Transformation Programmes.
• Design and develop the Programme structure and governance for sustainable service improvement.
• Plan the programme and monitor progress and overall performance, including dependencies between projects.
• Lead and coordinate projects, resolving conflicts to enable ongoing progress.
