Job summary

The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of projects within the EMAP Network, delivering service development and improvement in line with EMAP strategy and national guidance.

Based primarily in an office setting with occasional travel (2-3 times per year), the role focuses on coordinating complex programmes, designing governance, and ensuring delivery across ULHT, LCHS and partner boards.

• Experience delivering complex programmes and projects.
