Job summary
Whitbread PLC is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to join the Hotels & Restaurants technology team to own end-to-end delivery of a defined product stream, ensuring alignment to roadmaps and quarterly delivery cycles. You will coordinate projects, product and change activity into a clear, executable delivery plan and report progress to stakeholders.
The role is full-time and permanent, based at Whitbread Court with hybrid work (3 days in office).
Qualifications
- Experience delivering complex transformation, technology and business change projects.
- Strong planning, dependency management, RAID, budget and governance skills.
- Experience in product‑led delivery models and programme governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain delivery plans for the full lifecycle programme delivery, ensuring alignment to roadmaps, programme sequencing, and quarterly cycles.
- Lead delivery using agile and hybrid approaches while reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery performance within the product stream and manage large budgets.
- Coordinate projects, product and change activity into a clear, executable delivery plan.
