Job summary

Whitbread is seeking a Technical Product Lead to drive the delivery of technology products across Hotels & Restaurants, translating business needs into actionable backlogs and roadmaps. You’ll collaborate with engineering, architecture, service, operations and change teams to ensure safe, adopted and continuously improved solutions.

Based in Dunstable with a hybrid 3 days per week, this role requires experience as a Product Owner or similar, strong backlog skills and Agile delivery experience,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Lead/Owner or similar technology-focused role.
• Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, service, release and change teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into epics, features, stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of product strategy across Hotels & Restaurants technology products, turning priorities into backlogs and delivery plans.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritise features, shape delivery roadmaps and balance priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure products are operationally effective, user-focused and aligned to strategic objectives.
