Job summary

Whitbread is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a defined product stream within the Hotels & Restaurants technology team. You will align delivery plans to roadmaps, coordinate projects and change activity into executable plans, and report progress to stakeholders.

The role demands proven delivery of complex transformation in multi-stakeholder environments, strong budgeting and governance, and ability to lead in a product-led delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain delivery plans for the full lifecycle Programme delivery.
• Align delivery with business roadmaps, programme sequencing, and quarterly delivery cycles.
• Lead delivery using agile and hybrid approaches whilst reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery performance within the product stream.
